I can't believe the herbs have been stolen again. This is not doing justice to all the good folks at Mu Lung... Don't you think so? Hmmm? Hey, you're not from here... you look like you have no clue what I've just talked about. Do you want to hear a story?

Herb Town, a beautiful town right next to Mu Lung, is renowned for herbs. That holds especially true for Mr. Koo, who has the best set of... never... nevermind. Lately, however, I've seen some weird pirates setting up the lair, only pilgramaging the ships that are carrying the herbs around.

I can't do anything about it here in Mu Lung if I don't get the herbs from Herb Town. Normally this should be something I should take care of first, but since I'm in charge of freight from Herb Town on. If you can help me here, it'll be very much appreciated.

There's no way you'ld be concerned about a small things that occurs everyday here...
