Oh hi, traveler! Good morning. I'm sorry I had to complain about something this early in the morning.

My watch is busted! I have so many things to research and...see, I have a strict schedule that I adhere to, and therefore, knowing what time it is, is everything to me. Right now I have no clue what to do at what time. Kind of like being trapped in the dark with no flashlight, know what I mean?

Anyway, I need to fix it quickly. I know the reason why it's not working. A cogwheel fell out of the watch, and so if I replace it with a new one, it'll work just fine.

I'll have to make a new schedule for today; in the mean time, I'd appreciate it if you get me a new cogwheel. Of course, I'll reward you for your work.

This cogwheel is not sold in stores. You'll have to get it from Chronos the monster. Since it's not the strongest item in the world, every once in a while, the cogwheel may just fall off.
