I didn't think of this while making it, but ... what kind of eggs are these...?
The eggs are BLUE! A warm bowl of rice, covered in blue eggs... yuck, I feel like throwing up just imagining it...

I was expecting more in the mold of Salmon eggs, but... just because of a change in color, it totally makes this dish a turn-off.
