\rUlu City was once a bustling city. Perhaps a bit TOO bustling. You see, people wanted to expand, expand, expand. They tore down trees, left their supplies everywhere, paid nature absolutely no heed...

And that ended up being their downfall. Their trash came to life, turning into monstrosities, and those monsters chased people out of their homes. Now, Ulu City is in chaos. An old pal of mine, Commando Jim, is the leader of an Ulu patrol squad. He asked me to keep an eye out for a brave adventurer to help him fight those monsters and get people their homes back.

So, you brave and charitable enough to head to Ulu City and help those people out?

Great! You'll be the city's savior! But first, you have to prove that you can handle the task. I don't want to send you to your death. Hunt some monsters. That'll prove you're ready to see Commando Jim.

Hunt 50 Veetrons, 50 Berserkies and 30 Montrecers. They frequently appear in Ulu City. Bring 50 Veetron Horns, 50 Sweat Beads and 30 Oil Canisters to Commando Jim. He'll likely reward you for clearing out some of those monsters.
