I'm sorry. I was just cleaning up, and I found this. I can read this, but I have no idea what this means...

(Received an old piece of paper from Kino Konoko. It looked quite fuzzy, but it had something written on it.)

(It clearly reads "K H E L P" plus a blank after the P. Other than that, no signs of letters or drawings whatsoever on it.)

I can feel something unusual with that piece of paper. Can you help me solve this code?
